Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

  Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced thin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Ramen and Sauce:

4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 cups chicken broth

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional Toppings:

Sliced green onions

Soft-boiled egg

Sesame seeds

Thinly sliced chili peppers

Directions:

Prepare the chicken:

In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Cook the chicken:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the ramen noodles:

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Make the creamy garlic sauce:

In the same skillet used for the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, soy sauce, sriracha, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha or chili flakes if desired.

Combine everything:

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the creamy garlic sauce and toss to coat evenly. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, placing it on top of the noodles.

Serve:

Divide the noodles and chicken into bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions, a soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds, and chili peppers if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
