Lemon Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

 Ingredients:

8 chicken drumsticks

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Arrange the marinated drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
