Sweet and Tangy Honey Mustard Chicken

 

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over each piece, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Optional: For a golden finish, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after baking.

Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
